Making Dinosaur Dig Eggs

This Dollar Tree glow up craft was super easy and fun! These would work great as classroom Valentine gifts with our FREE Printable Dinosaur Valentines.

We grabbed all the materials needed for this craft at the Dollar Tree:

• Dinosaurs
• Flour
• Coffee
• Salt
• Sand

Directions:

• Mix together 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of salt, 1/4 cup of sand, 1 cup of used coffee grounds.
• Add 3/4 cups of water a little at a time to form a dough. 
• Form a ball in your hand and place the dinosaur or other treasure in the egg. Take some more dough and place it on top and form an egg.
• Place on a baking sheet with foil for 40-50 mins at 180° to dry or set out to dry for 2-3 days.

Once the egg had hardened you can use a popsicle stick to crack it open to reveal the dinosaur or treasure!
